Burke is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (QMHP) to provide rehabilitative mental health services to adults, and potentially children/adolescents and their families, in both clinic and community settings. This role supports individuals with chronic mental illness through individualized treatment plans while promoting recovery, independence, and stability.
- Provide direct mental health services in office and community/home settings
- Deliver services in accordance with individualized rehabilitation plans
- Conduct emergency assessments as needed
- Travel throughout assigned counties to serve clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and Burke standards
- Collaborate with clinical team under the supervision of a Clinical Coordinator
- Support individuals in developing skills for recovery and independence
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related Human Services field (must meet QMHP requirements)
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to travel and provide services in rural/remote areas
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Six (6) months of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Experience working with adult populations
- Familiarity with DSM diagnostic criteria

- Adaptability and problem-solving
- Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional after-hours work may be required
- $42,120 - $43,555 annually (based on qualifications and experience)
- Travel reimbursement provided
