About the Role
Burke is seeking a PRN Crisis Mental Health Clinician to provide direct care services to adults in a 24/7 Mental Health Emergency Center. This role is critical in coordinating crisis response, dispatching assessors, and supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health needs.
You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment providing assessments, rehabilitation services, and safety monitoring while ensuring care aligns with each individual's treatment plan and Medicaid standards.
What You'll Do
Coordinate incoming crisis calls and dispatch assessors
Conduct mental health and admission assessments
Provide individual and group rehabilitation services
Monitor client safety within the emergency center
Ensure services align with treatment plans and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with team members under the direction of the Service Director
What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a qualifying Human Services field (QMHP eligible)
Valid Texas driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel within the service area
Ability to complete SAMA, CPR, First Aid, and Defensive Driving training
Insurable driving record
Preferred:
BSW
6 months of direct care experience with adults in a behavioral health or mental health setting

Work Schedule
12 hour shifts as needed. (7a-7p; 7p-7a)
