About the Role

Burke is seeking a YCOT Support Staff member to support the Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT). This role serves as a key point of contact for the public and internal staff while providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations. The position plays an important role in supporting crisis response efforts and maintaining accurate records and communication.

What You'll Do

- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately or provide information about services
- Provide front office support and interact with the public, consumers, and staff
- Maintain confidential information in accordance with agency policies
- Perform data entry and manage electronic and paper records, including scanning and filing
- Assist with tracking data and preparing reports
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vehicles
- Support crisis staff by serving as a safety second when needed
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of general office or receptionist experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

What Helps You Stand Out

- Two (2)+ years of office or receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Coursework in a human services field
- Experience in a medical or mental health setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology or medication processes
- Bilingual skills

Work Schedule

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
