Salary:
$61,285 annually - Fully licensed
$50,074 annually - Working toward licensure
Burke is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide high-quality clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. This role includes delivering advanced individual and group therapy, conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and supporting emergency mental health assessments. The Therapist will also help monitor admission and discharge criteria, coordinate case management services, and collaborate with clinical leadership to support effective service delivery.
Additional responsibilities may include supervising multidisciplinary treatment teams, facilitating trainings, providing contract therapy, and reviewing clinical reports. Although based in Livingston, travel across a 11-county region may be required.
Provide individual and group therapy to youth and adults
Complete diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Conduct Head Start assessments and support emergency/crisis assessments
Monitor clinical admission and discharge criteria
Authorize, coordinate, and maintain case management and intervention services
Assist clinical coordinators with clinical service delivery
Provide supervision and training to multidisciplinary team members as needed
Review clinical documentation and reports
Travel within the region as required
Perform other duties as assigned by clinical leadership
Required: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited college or university
Preferred: One (1) year of full-time direct care experience with adults, families, children, or adolescents-preferably in a community mental health or medical setting
Required:
LPC-Associate (LPC-A), LMFT-Associate (LMFTA), or LMSW working toward LCSW licensure in Texas
Applicants awaiting eligibility to apply for licensure (pending supervision) will be considered
Valid Texas driver's license
Preferred:
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW with the State of Texas
Ability to complete SAMA, CPR, and First Aid training
Driving record must be insurable under Burke's insurance administrator
Ability to see, hear, speak, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
Hand and finger dexterity for documentation and essential tasks
Ability to drive within the service region
