This position delivers direct physical therapy and consultative services, as recommended by the interdisciplinary team, to developmentally delayed and/or medically at-risk children from birth to age three in a community-based setting. In accordance with Texas licensure requirements, Physical Therapist Assistants must work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The Mental Health Service Director is responsible for managing, supervising and oversight of all operations related to the allocation and administration of state funds and state service requirements for mental health services. Counties include Angelina, Houston, Trinity, Newton, and Sabine. Responsible for the supervision of clinical managers and office managers as well as the management of unit budget, management of facilities, and maintaining quality of care specific to state mandated Resiliency and Disease Management services. This position will be responsible for the coordination of mental health care and intervention services for 12-15 juvenile offenders who are under the supervision of either the Tyler or Polk County juvenile probation departments. This mental health professional will work closely with juvenile probation officers serving this same population and for both Juvenile Probation Departments. The goal will be to work closely with this population to provide intensive services to meet their mental health needs and increase their ability to function within the community setting.
