About the Role
Burke is seeking a Residential Assistant (RA) to provide care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This role focuses on promoting independence, ensuring safety, and maintaining a structured, home-like environment while supporting daily living activities.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and assist with day-to-day living activities
- Provide active treatment services and training as scheduled
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Complete required documentation including activity notes, progress notes, and medication inventory
- Support individuals in developing life skills and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and flexible to work various shifts

Salary
